Full time mediator and arbitrator. More then 750 cases handled in Worcester, Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire counties. 80 hours of formal training. Partner in 30 law firm. Chair of litigation department for 10 years. Managing partner for 5 years. Tried more then 100 cases to conclusion. Counsel in 35 appeals to Supreme Judicial Court or Massachusetts Appeals Court. Author of law review and journal articles on legal ethics.

While in the private practice of law, Burbank was a civil litigator, handling a broad spectrum of complex civil cases in the federal and states courts.
