Sarah Kerr Garraty is a full time arbitrator and mediator specializing in labor and employment law disputes. She serves on the labor, employment, and commercial arbitration panels and the employment mediation panel of the American Arbitration Association, as well as numerous partyselected labor arbitration panels.

She is also an adjunct professor at Northeastern Law School, where she has taught both ADR and Negotiation for over fifteen years. She is a member and former New England Regional Chair of the National Academy of Arbitrators, and is a former Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
