Biography |
Ferber Tracy has over 35 years of experience as a litigator and mediator/arbitrator. He is partner in the Chattanooga-based law firm of Spears, Moore, Rebman and Williams. He concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, commercial litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mr. Tracy has mediated a wide variety of civil matters including employment, commercial, construction, contract and transaction disputes. He has lectured and authored materials related to trial practice and labor and employment issues. |
