Biography |
Mr. Lunds practice specializes in construction and surety litigation and arbitration, business, insurance and products liability defense litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, telecommunications, as well as land use law in the areas of zoning and planning. Mr. Lund is also the author and editor of the quarterly Shields Mott Lund Louisiana Construction Law and News Update. In 2012, Mr. Lund received the "Top Lawyers" award in the fields of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Construction by New Orleans Magazine.
Mr. Lund is covering mediations and arbitrations statewide in Louisiana. With twenty-four years of legal experience representing businesses, Mr. Lund is ideally suited for cases requiring resolution of complex business matters.
Endeavoring always to broaden his horizons, Mr. Lund recently obtained a Masters of Theological Studies degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Mr. Lund also serves as an Associate Pastor in the New Orleans District of the Louisiana Conference of the United Methodist Church. |
