Biography |
When Kay Wolf started mediating in 2002, she had already been practicing
employment law 26 years - representing management, employees and unions,
and serving as a hearing officer at both the state and federal level.
In 2014, hundreds of mediations later, she retired from employment litigation to
focus on mediation of employment law disputes.
Wolf is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Florida, teaching
Labor and Employment Law and Business Law and Ethics in UCF's PMSM,
EMBA and PMBA programs since 2010
Having learned the importance of hard work and a good education from parents who worked their way
through college to escape the poverty of their youth, Wolf led the effort at Ford Harrison to build a school
in rural Cambodia.
A native Floridian, she has also utilized her passion and skills throughout her career to improve
opportunities for women, at risk children and minorities. |
