Biography |
Paul T. “Pete†Koenig Jr. retired as Presiding Judge Superior Court, Civil Division in 2008. Since that time, Pete has established an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice. During his tenure as a Superior Court Judge, Pete held assignments in Family Court, as well as in the Criminal Division. Most of his career as a Superior Court Judge was spent in the Civil Division of the Court. He was appointed Presiding Judge Civil in 2005. Pete served as Mercer County Prosecutor during the Kean administration, and was appointed Mercer County Counsel by County Executive Bill Mathesius. His public service also includes acting as Hopewell’s Municipal Prosecutor, and as an Assistant Mercer County Prosecutor. Additionally, Pete was in private practice for over 10 years. |
