Biography |
Judge Sklodowski has participated in over 2,800 mediation and arbitration conferences over the last 17 years in Chicago and across Illinois. He has resolved personal injury, construction, FELA, employment, contract, insurance coverage, divorce, Structural Work Act, discrimination and complex commercial disputes among others.
Judge Sklodowski is an approved EEOC mediator, and has successfully mediated hundreds of EEOC charges, employment disputes and discrimination cases to conclusion, including those involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, Civil Rights Act of 1991, as amended, the Age of Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Equal Pay Act of 1963, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended.
Judge Sklodowski specializes in the resolution of personal injury and commercial disputes. He has served as a private pre-trial judge for property & casualty insurer settlement days. |
