Biography |
Brian Weber joined Johns, Flaherty & Collins, S.C. after graduating from Marquette
Law School and has been a member of that firm for over 20 years. His practice has
involved a wide variety of matters over his 20 plus years. He has handled a variety of
civil litigation with the majority of that being personal injury representing both
plaintiffs and insurance companies. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Brian has
handled family law matters for the past 6 years in addition to serving as the Village
Attorney for the Village of Holmen. During his years in practice he has represented
clients in countless mediations and jury trials.
His background in representing not only plaintiffs and defendants in civil litgation matters but also parties
in divorces and custody disputes as well as the wide variety of matters than come up when representing a
municipality is beneficial as a mediator. Because of his experience, Brian has experience that allows him
to understand and appreciate both sides of cases that he assists in mediation. He has had experience being
on both sides of the cases he would be mediating and well equipped to relate to parties on either side of a
case.
Brian has a style of communication that will allow parties to feel comfortable sharing the stories behind
their cases and allow them to develop a trust that will assist the parties in exploring opportunities to
resolve their case. His wide variety of experience gives him a perspective that allows for exploring
creative ways to help parties reach agreements to resolve their cases and avoid the expenses that come
with moving forward to trial. |
