Mr. Collins is admitted to practice before the Federal and State Courts in Louisiana. He is a member of the ADR Section of the American Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association. He is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association and is the incoming Chair of the ADR Committee of the New Orleans Bar Association. He has been named a Fellow of the Louisiana Bar Foundation. |

Biography |
Gregg Collins has mediated more than seventeen hundred cases since May 1992. He has experience mediating matters that range from two-party automobile accident cases to complex, multi-party, personal injury, product liability and toxic tort cases.
Mr. Collins has had extensive training in mediation through USA&M and the University of Texas School of Law in association with the Tulane University School of Law. He has participated in the training of mediators and has acted as an arbitrator in construction cases. He has taught Mediation and Negotiation at Loyola Law School and served as a mediator and judge in the ABA's 2003 Representation in Mediation Competition at Tulane University Law School.
He has been a speaker at CLE seminars involving mediation. He is an adjunct professor at Tulane School of Continuing Studies teaching Introduction to Franchising. He is on the Board of Directors and President of The Churchill Society of New Orleans. |
