Biography |
Carl is admitted to practice in Arizona and Ohio, as well as United States District Court for Arizona and the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals. Mr.Piccarreta limits his practice to personal injury. Mr. Piccarreta was the recipient of a Reginald Heber Smith Community Lawyer Fellowship. He has served on and chaired the Tucson City Magistrate Merit Selection Commission and served on multiple Judicial Performance Review teams. He is a volunteer at the University of Arizona Domestic Violence Law Clinic, Mentor/Coordinator for Pima County Superior Court’s “Courts Are Us†program and an appointee to the Arizona Supreme Court’s Commission on Judicial Performance Review and its Ad Hoc Committee on the Rules of Evidence. Mr. Piccarreta also sits on the Board of Directors for the Southern Arizona Legal Aid Society. In addition, he is a Pima County Superior Court Judge Pro Tem and an Adjunct Professor of Pretrial Litigation at the University of Arizona College of Law. |
