Biography |
Judge Wittenberg is a retired judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio. Elected in 1996, and re-elected in 2000. Served as Administrative Judge for the General Division in 2005. Served as Presiding Judge of all divisions of the Lucas County Common Pleas Court in 2006.He retied in January, 2007 and has been serving as a mediator and arbitrator. |
