Paul H. Matthews is a full time mediator and arbitrator with 30 years of experience in the practice of law and alternative dispute resolution. Since 1978 he has tried, as first chair attorney, fifty nine civil jury trials in the areas of insurance coverage, personal injury, product liability, medical and other professional malpractice, and thirty criminal jury trials.

Since 2002, he began offering services as a neutral arbitrator and mediator and beginning in 2006 he retired from the practice of law and commenced acting as an arbitrator and mediator on a full time basis. Paul has mediated and arbitrated in excess of 2,500 cases as a neutral party. He has been named as one of the top arbitrators and mediators by his peers in Utah Legal Elite.
