Steven M. Sepassi has been practicing law since 1995, and currently maintains a diverse practice, handling a variety of business litigation, real estate litigation, serious personal injury, consumer bankruptcy, and insurance bad faith matters. After obtaining his Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate degrees in engineering, where he earned academic honors from the Phi Eta Sigma, Tau Beta Pi, and Chi Epsilon honor societies, Mr. Sepassi shifted his focus and attended law school. He also gained valuable practical experience in internships with the United States Bankruptcy Court and the Civil Tax Division of the United States Attorney's Office.

In addition to being an experienced attorney and engineer, Mr. Sepassi is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker with more than 20 years of experience handling purchase, sale, and mortgage transactions. This experience provides him with a unique insight into the issues at play in real estate litigation matters, because he understands the elements that are important to a well-drafted transaction and recognizes the areas that commonly give rise to disputes.

While Mr. Sepassi is an experienced and accomplished trial attorney, he is also a court-approved mediator, and understands the benefits of exploring alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
