J. Ross Davis devotes his law practice to litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He is a Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator who has resolved a myriad of civil matters through the mediation process including personal injury, employment matters, wrongful termination cases, professional malpractice, products liability and property damage cases. As a Board Certified Civil litigator, Mr. Davis concentrates his practice in representing plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death and professional malpractice cases. He also practices insurance law, worker’s compensation law, nursing home law, police misconduct law and others.

Mr. Davis brings to his ADR practice over 35 years of professional experience trying cases. His experience and knowledge in litigating civil cases increases his effectiveness as a mediator and arbitrator. Respected by the defense and plaintiff’s bars, Mr. Davis has a reputation for even-handedness during the mediation and arbitration process, with a command of the issues at hand.
