Pat has served the legal community for 40 plus years as both a plaintiff and defense attorney having had approximately 100 jury trials and appellate matters heard. During the last 20 years while serving as a volunteer mediator on behalf of both the Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts as well as privately he has conducted over 400 mediations.

Through his participation in numerous bar groups Pat has developed a strong working relationship with leaders and members of both the plaintiff and defense bars which, along with managing several law firms, helped him develop strong people and leadership skills that serve him well as he leads parties toward finding resolution.

Pat’s experience extends from simple personal injury matters to complex construction, product & professional liability, aviation and business matters. Pat holds both a pilot’s license and a motorcycle license and often mediates cases involving such issues. He is also sought after as an arbitrator having earned a great reputation as a straight shooter.
