Biography |
David has practiced trial law since 1987 in state and federal court. He is board certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has worked for for both plaintiffs and defendants over the last 33 years. David’s practice has involved primarily civil litigation with emphasis in the following areas: products liability, toxic torts, medical malpractice, premises liability, tort litigation, employment law, contract disputes and probate litigation.
David has also served as a mediator for the past 20 years. He has mediated hundreds of civil disputes. |
