Biography |
James L. Knoll has successfully mediated thousands of cases and arbitrated hundreds more. Since 1996, Jim has focused his practice exclusively on alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
Jim is currently listed in Best Lawyers under Alternative Dispute Resolution. Jim spent the first 25 years of his career as a trial lawyer, actively involved in construction cases, fidelity and surety law, insurance coverage issues, personal injury and business law. From 1990-1995, prior to his exclusive focus on mediation and arbitration, Jim was a managing partner in a firm with offices throughout the West coast. |
