Biography |
Mr. Hull has practiced law in the Twin Cities for over 34 years. He has served as outside general counsel for small and medium sized business, advising management on a broad range of legal issues. He has also litigated and arbitrated complex commercial, construction and employment disputes before state and federal courts and arbitration panels throughout the United States.
Bill is the founder of Hull ADR Services, LLC, focusing on mediation and arbitration of commercial, corporate, construction and employment disputes.
Mr. Hull served as chair of the Construction Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, served on the Board of Directors of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota and is currently a member of the Bar Association Ethics Panel.
Mr. Hull has received an AV rating, the highest possible from Martindale and Hubbell Legal Directory and has been named a Super Lawyer and Top 40 Mediator in Minnesota by Law and Politics. |
