Biography |
He is a former elected member of the West Virginia State Bar Board of Governors. He has served as part time Municipal Judge for the City of Parkersburg since 1995. He is a former trustee of First United Methodist Church. Burr has extensive experience as a litigator in the areas of personal injury, condemnation, insurance defense, medical malpractice, business/partnerships and wrongful death.
