Biography |
Emily Bonds practice focuses on the areas of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Bonds has represented clients in a wide array of commercial litigation, including professional liability litigation (agents and brokers, directors and officers, and other professionals), products liability, mass torts, class action litigation, banking and financial services litigation, and coverage litigation. Ms. Bonds' practice extends to all state and federal courts in Alabama and Mississippi. In addition to her substantial and varied litigation experience, she is a trained mediator. Ms. Bonds was named Lawyer of the Year by the Birmingham Legal Secretaries Association. She is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, Alabama State Bar, American Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar, and the Birmingham Bar Association, where she serves as President of the Section of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Ms. Bonds is also the Past President of the Jacksonville State University Alumni Association. |
