Biography |
Judge Vicki L. Pinak, is a Former District Court Judge with 19 years of combined experience in the courtroom as a Litigator, Judge, handling family law and probate matters, as a Mediator, and as an Arbitrator.
She has handled 1,000s of trials, mediations, arbitrations and is an author, speaker, and instructor. She is comfortable in the court room, but works hard to keep individuals from resolving their differences in the court room. As a result of Vicki Pinak's extensive experience, George W. Bush appointed her District Court Judge in Fort Bend County. This appointment gave Judge Pinak the honor of being the first and only woman District Court Judge in Fort Bend County.
After her term on the bench, she worked extensively with attorneys and their clients helping them resolve their lawsuits through mediation. Judge Pinak's extensive experience has aided in the creation of a unique system to keep litigation costs at a minimum. Although she has worked with famous clients such as Mickey Gilley and Bob McNair, Judge Pinak believes quality legal representation requires a pit bull attitude derived from knowledge of the law without the loss of compassion for those involved. |
