Biography |
Judge Cyganowski is a former federal Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York. Appointed on March 1, 1993 through February 28, 2007. Appointed as Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court on November 29, 2005. Presided over thousands of commercial and individual bankruptcy cases and published numerous opinions.
She currently focuses on ADR and Fiduciary Appointments practice area. Emphasis in bankruptcy law and bankruptcy litigation; serving as a fiduciary; lender liability litigation; general commercial litigation; mediation and alternative dispute resolution; federal court and complex litigation; legal ethics. |
