Kevin is a professional mediator and attorney, practicing mediation exclusively since 2006, who finds tremendous personal satisfaction in helping people resolve their disputes.  Kevin mediates commericial disputes, as opposed to family law matters.  Kevin knows that a tremendous amount of resources are spent litigating a dispute and likes to help all sides and parties save the time, energy, money, stress and anxiety expended on lawsuits by helping settle disputes in a less formal and quicker forum than the courtroom.  Kevin also serves as an arbitrator.  Kevin arbitrates securities and employment cases as a FINRA (Financial Industry Reguatory Authority) Public Arbitrator Chairperson.

Mediation:  $2,250 per half day (1 Hour prep., 4 Hours Session); $4,000 per full day (2 Hours prep. 8 Hours session).

Arbitration: Hearing Day: $4,000.  Prehearing Prep. and post hearing: $500/hour.
