Biography |
Hon. Peter C. Patsalos, retired Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, joined Resolute Systems as a mediator/arbitrator in 2010. Justice Patsalos has had a 43- year history of public service, having served as a City of Newburgh City Councilman (1966 – 1973), Attorney for the Newburgh Board of Education (1973-1977), Newburgh City Court Judge (1977-1983), President of the N.Y.S. Association of City Court Judges, delegate to the N.Y.S. Bar Association Committee on the Courts, Orange County Court Judge (1984-1985) and New York State Supreme Court Justice (1986-2006). Following his retirement from the Supreme Court, Justice Patsalos served as a Judicial Hearing Officer and a Referee in Discovery, and he continues to serve as a mediator and arbitrator and counsel to a law firm. Justice Patsalos contributes his wealth of legal experience garnered from his years as a judge and attorney to help parties resolves disputes through ADR. |
