Biography |
Serving as a judge requires understanding the law and human affairs. Acquired from serving 16 years as a Common Pleas Court Judge, Ken grasps the core of an issue quickly. He applies his understanding and knowledge adjudicating matters often to his dispute resolution practice. Registered as a Private Judge under Ohio law, Ken regularly serves as a Mediator and Arbitrator. The success of his mediation and arbitration proceedings is largely due to his legal aptitude and vast judicial experiences. |
