Biography |
Daniel Pomeroy has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1982. Mr. Pomeroy served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Clifford, Associate Justice, Supreme Court of New Jersey. From 1982 through 1985, Mr. Pomeroy was an associate at the defense firm of Connell, Foley and Geiser prior to forming Pomeroy, Heller & Ley, LLC in October 1985. Mr. Pomeroy is a fellow in both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Foundation of the American Bar Association. He is also president-elect of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, past chairman of the New Jersey Defense Association Automobile Insurance Coverage Committee, and a master of the Hudson Inns of Court. Mr. Pomeroy has tried more than 135 jury cases for insurance companies and injured individuals. In addition, he has argued approximately 75 appeals, and has appeared before the Supreme Court of New Jersey on five occasions. |
