Kathryn Foster is a retired Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge with 30 years of experience presiding over hundreds of jury trials and court trials of all types. While extremely well versed in courtroom procedure, she also understands and appreciates the significant value of resolving disputes in the less formal and more private setting that mediation/arbitration provides. |
