Education |
Mr. Harbour graduated from Brown University in 1977, and received his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1981. Mr. Harbour is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Mexico, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. |

Biography |
Mr. Harbour has successfully tried 50 jury trials and an equal number of bench trials in state and federal courts and before the Workers' Compensation Administration. He represents independent oil companies, product manufacturers, large and small retail businesses, and Lloyds of London on equine claims.
Mr. Harbour has represented police officers in civil rights and state Tort Claims Act cases and has represented various governmental entities on defective highway and road cases. Mr. Harbour has also worked on numerous medical malpractice cases, representing both governmental and private health care providers. In addition to representing Lloyds of London on equine claims in New Mexico, Mr. Harbour has also represented race tracks, jockeys, and veterinarians on equine/racing related claims before courts and administrative bodies. Mr. Harbour's practice now is limited almost exclusively to mediations and arbitrations. |
