Bruce was appointed by the Chief Justice of Virginia to serve on the Commission on Virginia Courts in the 21st Century and the Professionalism Faculty for the Virginia State Bar. He is a former Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for more than ten years and is currently listed in its Alternative Dispute Resolution, Labor and Employment Law and Commercial Litigation specialties. Listed in Virginia Super Lawyers for alternative dispute resolution since 2007. |

Biography |
Bruce Wallinger maintains an active civil litigation, arbitration and mediation practice, serves as a consultant and counselor on issues of risk management and employment law compliance, and has represented plaintiffs and defendants in some of the area’s most significant personal injury cases. He has extensive skills and experience in alternative dispute resolution, which include a multi-state practice. Bruce is a frequent speaker on ADR topics and has lectured at seminars sponsored by the Judicial Conference of Virginia, the Virginia Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
Charter member and Past Chair of the Joint Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Bar Association. Certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia in 1997 for general mediation. |
