A trial lawyer for over 40 years, Mike Fitzgerald has broad litigation experience. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in many areas of the law, including labor and employment cases and business litigation. Mike's business and commercial litigation includes shareholder disputes, insurance coverage claims, unfair competition, and general tort litigation. Over the last several years he has expanded his mediation and arbitration caseload, having served as an arbitrator in securities and employment cases for over 15 years.
