Before launching Crahan Law in 2014 to focus on alternative dispute resolution, Jean-Marie Crahan was a partner and the leader of the litigation group in the Milwaukee headquarters of Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP, a national firm that services mid-sized to Fortune 500 companies. She also served as chair of the Insurance Coverage Group and co-chair of the E-Discovery Group.

Attorney Crahan’s substantial litigation experience in state and federal courts includes the representation of clients in product liability and other defective product claims in cases involving products as diverse as: pharmaceuticals, lead paint, ATVs, butterfly valves in an HVAC system at an NFL stadium, an HVAC system at a natatorium, ladders, hospital beds and airplanes.

In addition, Attorney Crahan is experienced in insurance coverage matters, complex commercial litigation, patent infringement and premises liability matters. While at Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan she served as co-chair of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firm’s (NAMWOLF’s) Insurance Industry Practice Area Committee from 2012-2014.
