Biography |
Mr. Wilson has practiced in the area of labor relations and employment discrimination for over thirty (30) years.
Mr. Wilson has an extensive background in labor and employment matters having served as clerk to Commissioner Fred Denson of the New York State Public Employment Relations Board and as a summer intern with the National Labor Board while in law school. Immediately after graduating from law school, Mr. Wilson served as a Field Attorney with the Tenth Regional Office of the National Labor Relations Board for over three (3) years. He has been a member of the Committee for the Development of the Law under the National Labor Relations Act of the American Bar Association for over twenty-five (25) years and is a contributing editor to The Developing Labor Law, the seminal treatise on Labor Relations matters.
Mr. Wilson is an Adjunct Professor at the Emory University School of Law and has served as the Chairperson of the Labor and Employment Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has also been inducted into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers which is reserved for individuals in the field who have distinguished themselves in the profession through demonstrated integrity and leadership.
Mr. Wilson has represented numerous clients in mediation and arbitration. He is a trained neutral and has maintained an active practice as a neutral for the past fifteen (15) years. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Resolute Systems Georgia Panel of Mediators and Arbitrators. He is an Arbitrator on the FINRA Dispute Resolution's Roster of Arbitrators. |
