Bringing with him nearly forty years of experience in the legal profession, the Honorable Michael David joined the firrm from his former position as a Circuit Judge of the 22nd Judicial Circuit of Missouri. At the same time that he was practicing within his firm, David & Geissal, he also served several years as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives. While in the House, Judge David served on various committees and chaired the House Committee on Municipal Corporations. He was appointed by the Governor to be an Associate Circuit Judge in 1989 and a Circuit Judge less than four years later. He served as the Circuit’s Presiding Judge from 2003-2004. With such a large breadth of experiences, Judge David brings a unique depth of perspective to his work as a mediator and consultant. |
