Biography |
MELANIE A. VAUGHN is a dispute resolution practitioner with offices in Baltimore, Maryland. She provides a wide range of services including mediation, arbitration and educational programs such as mediation skills training and conflict management seminars. Melanie trains mediators in skills-based mediation workshops. Melanie served as an administrative law judge and Director of Quality Assurance with the MD Office of Admin Hearings.
