Education |
Carmen earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, in Newark, NJ. He was the President of the Computer Law Society. Carmen also was the winner of NLRB Labor Law National Negotiation Competition for the State of New Jersey in 1990, and is a graduate of the Sidney Reitmann Labor Law Inns of Court. Following graduation, Carmen served as a first judicial law clerk to the Hon. Eugene H. Austin, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, in Bergen County. |
