Joshua Nelson-Archer has litigated on behalf of clients throughout Texas in both state and federal courts. Josh handles a general litigation docket with a special focus on construction defects, professional liability for engineers/architects/insurance agents/real estate brokers, commercial disputes, oilfield accidents, premises liability, employment disputes and personal injury litigation. In addition to an active litigation docket, Josh is a Texas mediator.
