Biography |
A native of Tacoma, Dan was an All-American swimmer at Wilson High School and the University of Washington, where he received his law degree in 1977. Dan has been listed for ten consecutive years in the prestigious, peer-recommended publication, The Best Lawyers in America. He is the 1999 president of the Washington Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has served as president and secretary/treasurer of the Tacoma/Pierce County Bar Association and elected representative of the Sixth Congressional District to the Washington State Bar Association Board of Governors. Dan has been a member of the Judicial Conduct Commission and the Governing Board of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. Dan is an experienced litigator, negotiator, mediator and arbitrator. |
