Biography |
Mr. Shields is an attorney with a general practice based in Norristown, Pennsylvania. He specializes in alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation, commercial litigation, land use law, personal injury litigation, and estate planning. He has extensive experience as a municipal solicitor and is currently the assistant solicitor for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. An active and involved member of the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, Mr. Shields is also the past president of the Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Association. He is a veteran of the United States Army, and he holds Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Villanova University. |
