Biography |
Since February of 1997, I have mediated over 4,500 cases with a 97% success ratio. I have mediated cases involving the following subject matters: personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, dram shop liability, libel/slander, real estate, defamation of character, age and employment discrimination, Family Medical Leave Act claims, ADA claims, breach of contract, disputes between insurance carriers, crop damage/loss, sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual molestation of minors, dissolution of marriage, slander, bank and business fraud, and several wrongful death claims.
I have also served as an arbitrator in matters involving personal injury claims, medical malpractice claims, real estate claims, and construction claims involving breach of contract.
Board certified by the American Academy of ADR Attorneys on September 15, 2000. Remain a certified member having served as President and Director of said organization. |
