Pat Siuta is an experienced trial attorney as well as a mediator, arbitrator, and case evaluator. She has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts, including class action lawsuits. Pat has mediated complex and multi-party cases, with as many as 65 people participating in the process. Over the past 28 years, Pat has mediated or arbitrated cases in many subject areas including personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, business, commercial, employment, consumer, construction, civil rights, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, real estate, environmental, probate, intellectual property, divorce, and complex domestic relations matters. Pat has resolved several high-level disputes at the Pentagon, and mediated numerous cases involving governmental agencies.
Pat Siuta is President of Henning Mediation & Arbitration Service's ADR Training & Consulting Division. As an expert in the field of ADR, she has trained several thousand people as mediators and arbitrators, including judges, lawyers, and professionals from many different countries. Among the training programs she has taught are Civil Mediation, Advanced Mediation Skills, Employment Mediation, Family & Domestic Relations Mediation, Advanced Negotiation Skills, Arbitration, International Arbitration, Neutral Case Evaluation, Mastering Mediation Advocacy, Conflict Prevention & Management, and Diversity Training. Pat also taught law at Georgia State and Hamline University law schools. She has assisted companies in creating private dispute resolution programs for resolving disputes with employees, customers and others. |
