Biography |
Marty became a mediator in 1996. He started practicing mediation full-time in 1999, covering a wide variety of complex and multi-party cases. His extensive trial experience, together with his extensive experience as a mediator, give him the ability to work with all parties to achieve a satisfactory resolution for all concerned. Best Lawyers, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession, named George (Marty) Van Tassel as the “Birmingham Best Lawyers Alternative Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year” for 2011 and 2012. |
