Dispute Resolution Experience

Jon Austen has practiced law in Charleston, South Carolina for more than 36 years.  He has tried cases representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court.  He has significant experience in cases involving torts, contracts, insurance, and employment law.  His practice is now focused on allternative dispute resolution.  He works as a mediator, arbitrator, and a summary jury trial judge.  He has mediated over 3000 cases since starting work as a mediator in 1996.
