Biography |
Savannah trial attorney Danny Cohen helped open the Savannah Miles Mediation office as Team Leader in July, 2016. For the last 35 years, Danny has been a partner with Brannen, Searcy & Smith, LLP, and has tried scores of cases all over the coastal empire of Georgia and the low country of South Carolina, ranging from construction defect to personal injury. Danny has served as a special master, arbitrator and mediator in hundreds of cases over the last decade, and has a wealth of experience mediating cases ranging from medical malpractice to estate disputes, tort claims to employment discrimination, and contract disputes to construction claims. While based in Savannah, Danny mediates cases all over Georgia and South Carolina. |
